Family: Shadow Claw (her father) died while defending her and Jay Stone (her mother) whom she lost contact with when she was only a young pup

Appearance: A swift and stealthy black wolf with blue turquoise eyes that will sometimes change to indigo blue if she is upset or hungry. Her left ear is slightly chipped and has a white oval birthmark on her right ear.

Personality: A shy, yet friendly wolf who is willing to make friends. She is loyal to her pack and is willing to sacrifice her life for them. However, she can become aggressive and bloodlust especially when she is hungry or enraged.

History: Lightning adored her father, since she never really remembered much about her mother. Both Lightning and Shadow Claw were very close, and shared a special bond between them that no other wolves could really understand. Then one day, a pack of hyenas attacked both she and her father. Lightning remembered their vicious black eyes that were eying her, knowing that if she did not do anything soon, she would be devoured as a meal and eaten. That thought struck her like lightning (literally) and she was at a loss of what to do. Millions of thoughts bombarded her mind and distracted her, making her unable to act. That was when the hyenas attacked. Lightning winced and prepared for the pain to creep up her entire body but she felt nothing. Instead, she heard an immense howl that suggested misery and suffering. Upon realizing that the howl came from her father, Lightning instantly tried to attack the hyenas, but to no avail. She only got her ear chipped in the process, and she saw the red crimson blood trickle down her face. Her father told her to go on without him. Having no choice, she did, having watched the last moments of her father getting ripped into shreds by the hyenas. To this very day, she bears a grudge against hyenas and can be very aggressive and over-protective of her friends sometimes.
